Currently I am appointed in a public Sector University against BS-17 on Regular Basis, I applied for the said post through proper Chanel, after my selection I was properly relieved by my department and Ministry "Labour and Manpower Government of Pakistan" Now issue is that I want my pay protection but administration here at University says that I am not legible to protect my pay as I was previously working against contract post.. Although I received pay and Allowances of BS 17 from AGPR, Islamabad. I shell be very thankful to you if you help me in this regard. Regards

Sir, we are employees of CGA as Divisional Accounts Officers posted at Public Works Division in the Punjab. Our Group Insurance & Benevolent Fund deductions are being deducted @ Punjab Government rates although we are Central Government employees. Also respective District Accounts Offices are not adjusting these deductions to the Central Government. Please create proper head of account for our deductions while we are drawing our pay at Provincial Government. Remember that all the Central Govt. rules applicable to us.

Sir my I hquestion is about pay protection. It has come to my knowledge that if a person is appointed in grade 11 as Cartographer (Draftsman) in leave vacancy. Vacancy is vacated due to incombent proceed on deputation to some other department. After 3 years he came back(deputation persons)and join his paarent office. The person appointed during his deputation period downgraded in BPS-5 as LDC and received pay of this garde i.e. BPS-5. In this case can he benefited granting him pay of Grade 11 according to pay protection rules. His service is continue without break.

Pay of officer who reemployed after completion of his service in a govt department has been fixed at the next stage where their pay falls at the time of retirement whereas pay of staff who reemployed after completion of his service in a govt department has been fixed at the zero stage. For example officer : drawing pay on retirement is Forty Five thousand, their pay on re-employment in a govt department will be fixed beyond Forty Five thousand. I submitted many application for the said purpose. now they reply to me to submit all the pay slips of my salary abroad, they want pension cotribution etc according to that. 94Omer GP deducted according to basic pay scale. You are eligible for 8 years GP FUND according to your drawn pay in Saudia Arabia, that is the reason they replied you to submit your pay slip, so that their are able to calculate your gp fund calculation according to your pay slips. 90

When Islamabad High court ordered FDE to regularized the federal contract teachers after scrutinized their cases one by one. FPSC position was clarified at that time. Supreme court also given the decision to regularize the contract employees working for five years. Federal Directorate of Education completed this process as per court order that is why FDE forwarded the cases of protection of pay process for federal teachers to AGPR, those cases are delayed by AGPR due to completion of FPSC process even though Finance division notified by OM - F.No.4(2)R-2/2014-237 dated april 7, 2015 protection of pay, in this notification it is mentioned court decision. Can tell me why the protection of pay cases are delayed?. process our cases as soon as possible.

Dear Brother, I was working in Pakistan Post Office from last 4.5 years as clerk (BPS-09) after that I have applied in District & Session Court through proper channel and appointed as Data Entry Operator (BPS-13) after relieving and joined my new job in Session Court without wasting any time. My Service is Counted by District and Session Judge but I am still getting the pay like newly appointed Data Entry Operators and my service is not counted by the Account Office. I have visited in District Account Office but the related official told me that your service will not be counted and your pay will not be protected because you came from Federal Government Department to Punjab Government Department. Is this the valid reason?. I have followed all the rules for my 4.5 years service how it can be wasted. Please help me in this regard, Thank you

my brother was appointed as Chowkidar BPS1 on contract basis on 15/08/2008 and during service he was martyred in a suicide attacke (terrorism). According to KPK Act 2009, all civil servants who were appointed on contract basis were regularized. And according to KPK Govt notification salary will be continued to those persons who martyred in terrorism from the date of Shahadat. No various observision by the Finance department observed. help me and send me regularization policy regarding contract employees. Thanks

There is a gap of 5 months between contract (BS17) and regular service BS(16), how the pay shall be protected ?

It is stated that I was appointed on 27th May, 1990 as a Field Enumerator B-11 and later on my post was up-graded on 15th October, 2014 with B-14. Basic qualification for my job is B.A/B.Sc with Statistics/Mathematics/ Economics. In my department, one post of Research Officer was vacated and one person who has designation of Statistics Assistant (B-14) of my Ministry was promoted to the post of Research Officer (RO) B-17 (who have only 8 years experience), when I met higher authorities regarding my issues, I was informed that there is no provision of rules for your job for promotion to the post of RO, where as I have around 26 years of experience and other who is promoted to the post of RO has only 8 years experience. Please tell me according to the rules that what should I do?

If an individual working in non-pensionable entity (Govt. Transports Service Peshawar) applies through proper channel and gets eployment in a pensionable entity can be given Pay Protection with no break in service???

Will you plz guide me whether the pay of gazetted contract employee is protect-able, if he is initially appointed on BPS-17 and after revision of PC-I, his salary transferred to standard pay package and in the meantime he applied through proper channel and appointed through FPSC in BPS-18 and department has already issued a service certificate clearly indicates that no service break in his whole period and properly relieved.

I have been working as UDC BPS-9 in NAB since 2006 and in 2015 i applied in the same department as Assistant BPS-14 through proper channel..i was selected and given 1 x premature increment..My question is was i eligible for the premature increment?? now AGPR told our cashier that premature increment was not admissible to me on my appointment as Assistant..i read queries up here and found that 1 x premature increment is allowed...if it is allowed to me send me any rules / notification or any material to provide to AGPR lahore. thnx

POstoffice Lahore on 2nd may 2016.No action was taken in this regard upto sep.2016. In oct. pension for one month was paid. and in Nov .for one month was paid. But inspite of repeated reminders payment of pension for four monthsfrom may to aug,is still out standing My restoration/revesion in pension was also due.the case alongwith affidavid was also submitted on 2nd may 16.but no action has been taken sofar.My PPO NO>is PSA8900 With great appology I beg to request for help enabling me to make both ends meet.Thanking in advance khalil Ahmed s/o Shah Swar

I am a retired Master Warrant Officer of Pak Air Force. I have become 85 years old on 10 August 2016. As per policy of the govt a retired person will be granted increment in pension 25 % with affect from 1st July 2016. I requested GPO Sheikhupura to affix my pension @ 25 % wef 10 August 2016, instead of 10 % but GPO authorities opines that I am not eligible for 25 % because I was not of 85 years on 1st July 2016. The logic is not understood. when i will be granted 25 % increase. see into the matter and oblige me. Thanks.

During this period I got NOC from Secretary L&DD and selected as Veterinary Officer in BPS-17, through FPSC in RVFC on regular basis. The issue regarding fixation of Pay of B-1 Naib Qasid on moving one scale up from 01.07.2007 and revised pay scales of 2007 required some clarification regarding two options below. This being unique case of fixation on two accounts. (a) moving one scale up and (b) revision of pay scales -both w.e.f. 01.07.2007. (i) To fix pay on point to point basis in B-1 (2007) and then fix in B-2 (2007) at stage next above. (ii) To fix pay in B-2 (2005) at next stage above pay already drawn and then fix pay in B-2 (2007) on point to point basis. Moreover in case of (ii) above the "at next above" meant not less than or not ? What if existing pay in lower scale is equal stage in higher scale. Will fixation at next stage in upper scale be Advance Increment ?

I need clarification regarding pay protection of confirmed civil servant appointed on contract through proper channel followed by regularization in the same scale under Punjab Govt. I joined traffic police as Traffic Warden in BS-14 on permanent basis in 2007 then got noc and applied for SESE (BS-14) in punjab education department in 2017. then regularized in 2020. What is rule of pay protection after regularization of service in punjab.
