what is the role of NGOs in special education in Punjab.
Special Education punjab totally white elephant.Big Place of Crouption.
There should be a big part of the NGOs in this field but unfortunately in Pakistan this is different in all means. Mostly croupt people are working in this field and playing with the disable people's money.Disable like deaf & dum cannot find the way to stop this crouption.
I have been working into deaf education in Pakistan for about 2 yrs.
Currently busy in teaching deaf English literacy, learning skills in Rawalpindi and Islamabad.I am a qualified deaf teacher from UK.If any one wants to give a good hand into it, plz dont hazitait to contact me on,
