Dr Salman Naseem Adil. I hereby paste email of my daughter/son in law for the treatment of CML of my 3 yr old granddaughter. Email will give u clear pic of the disease Email : My 3 year old daughter in remission from ALL has just been diagnosed with CML in maintenance cycle 2 of ALL. Her WBC is 106. Bone marrow shows typical presentation of CML with all linage cells. Same is present in peripheral smear. BCR-ABL has just been found positive through PCR test. Im in Pakistan. My childs pead Onco/hematologists have not treated any children with cml before. I want to get her treated somewhere with chances of survival. ?In summary, her physicians are not able to diagnose her very high WBC and platelet count?.I am also trying to get photographs of slides from her latest bone marrow and will send them when i get them .Any help in diagnosing her condition would be very helpful Haris/SamanHaris

Dr sahab! .my son age 16 years has a problem of enlarged spline with the history of 2 years(uptil we know),his blood reports were not good in W.B.C, haemoglobin and platelets, we have given him ferrous sulphate and folic acid once a day and we also give him a drink of fruits and vegetables, which can improve his state of blood and it is, but the number of platelets are not improving at all, they either grow upto 80 out of the range or decrease to 58 , guide us what steps we should take...
