Sir my telephone is not working properly since 5th of June and internet is too,so kindly resolve this fault as fast as you can.

Our DSL linke provided against line number is down from the very next it was installed i.e. Nov.2, . I have been repeated launching complaints through and through emails to . But no one has attended the call so far.

I had applied for broad band connection. My order # is ID23S5QEL , can you update how long will installation take???

I m an USA citizen and my US company has been importing US$ millions and millions worth of Pakistani merchandise. I am on short visit of Pakistan to purchase more Pakistani goods for my US company. i would like to bring this complaint to the notice of ptcl high ups in connection non functioning of internet installed on my phone # 021- ,for which lot of comp made to every including president office through company secretary email address but no avail except few calls were received weather net is working or not and finally i received message on my mobile that my complaint has been closed without removing complaint. it would be appropriate if ptcl pay its attention to provide services to its customers instead of spending millions on advertisement in the interest of company in this competitive era.

My telephone, IPTV and Broad Band is not working for the past 7 days. Despite numerious complaints there is no respite and effort to resolve the problem. It has become very frequent for the past few months. Pl rectify the problem or if you can not, disconnect all of them. I can not pay ptcl without getting the service. If you will not provide the service for the whole month, you will not get the payment for the whole month.

Concern, Despite of several complaints against my phone, broadband & iptv there is no activation from your department. I am suffering problem since i had change my router from old to new one. My broad band converted from 4mb to 10mb due i had taken your package of iptv. But alas, since the change of my router i am facing problem of slowness of speed and i have checked many times but the speed remain the same 4mb or 6mb (24 hours). . rectify my problem as soon as possible.
