I am a resident 1-10/4 Islamabad. Since September 2020 I have had problems with my PTCL broadband connection. I have filed scores of complaints. Every complaint is followed by some technician who comes to my place claims with feigned seriousness that he has found the root cause of the problem assures us that the matter has been resolved and goes his merry way. After 2 to three weeks the issue returns and we are back to square one.What do I do .

Worst service by ptcl staff. My flash fibre connection has not been changed since last 10 days. Tele connection and smart tv both are dead. Inspite of repeated visit to exchange no action has been taken.
