Sir the ptcl broadband speed in Bannu , Karak and Latambar is very slow due to overload the line.
The capacity internate connetion is less but the connetion is given more which cause slow down internate speed.
A 4MB internate connection download speed is sixty kb to hundred kb. which is very slow .
So sir we request to take action for it. we are waiting from two months. But no action have been taken yet.
Which have effected our business very badly.
so sir we request to your people to increease the capacity for it to get each customer real speed.
Sir the problem is not with one customer each customer face it. due to overload.

Respected Sir, I am Using DSL one MB connection.. My BoardBand DSL Speed is very slow from one month. I have been complaining to one two one eight and exchange as well again and again and no body response till now. And always they told me that your problem will solve within 1day and now its almost one months passed… you can check my previous complain history. From 1 months I am getting downloading speed ten to twenty Kbps and browsing speed is low as well. I have DSL connectivity problem for the last one month. I sent 16 online complaints and 21 telephonic complaints. I visited their office 3 times. My DSL is disconnecting after every 2 minutes and is completely dead at night. In one month, none of the PTCL worker care to come and check or address my complaint. None of the PTCL official available online or on telephone. If one send an email, it bounces back. After spending a huge time and money on this useless connection, I decided to disconnect it and take connection from another company. This company is managed by crooks and not by professionals.

Long ago i have applied for your broadband service, ( probably 8 months ago), and since that time i am repeatedly told that your number is hanged in RADIUS. I was too disappointed when i was told that either i should change my number, which i will never do, or keep two numbers, which i can't afford. After being given such a great kind of proposal i was astonished that how such a big company is run by such incompetent people, who even don't know what actually the problem is. My question from the PTCL is simple, what does the bloody RADIUS say, does it say that there is any problem with me ,the consumer, if yes then what i that problem? or there is problem on behald of PTCL?
Now my phone is dead since about 20 days.

Now my phone is dead since about 20 days but I didn't record any formal complaint, because i have almost lost hope regarding the privision of DSL and i am not interested in making complaints any more. I thought its the time to go to the media and record my complaint and boycott publicly there, but as PTCL is still our national asset i am hesitant to go so far, and decided to try a last complaint.

it is stated to respectfully that i am a customer of PTCL broadband want to take your attention towards the problem of DSL connection about two (2) months our INTERNET is not working properly. we have complaints for several times to the concerned authorities but no remedial action had taken.PTCL staff is just making formalities and not performing their duties in real sense. They mere ask on the phone that "what is your problem?" but don't take action in practical. we will be obliged of if you take some action in this respect.

i lived in Rahim Yar Khan i have 3 mb evo broadband usb so in winter broadband performance is excellent but in summer broadband performance is very poor this month my broadband speed is very poor and very difficult to open any page in browsing please solved this problem i am very great full to you and your company

We have recently setup PTCL broadband. They have given us router etc and have setup the connection, but the technician have not properly configured our router either due to lake of knowledge OR other reason. We had complained more than 10 times and its day 14th that we have not able to use our broadband for which we had paid.

I am very disappointed by PTCL services.

I want to inform chairman PTCL that i lived in faisalabad.where PTCL manawala sub division is my related sub division.my phone and broadband is not working since one month.i placed complaints many times.but the staff of manawala sub division is very negligent and dishonestand dont take any action on customers complaints.all the cabinets of our area are open and shaked and not working properly.please sir take your personal interest and try to solve our problems.

I am Imran from Lahore I want to resolution of my complaint.
I did many complaints against my DSL 2 MB Package updation since thirty April but there is no response
from your working department (Guldasht Exchange). I personally visited my concerning PTCL exchange to meet that person
who upgrade my port for 2 MB package but that person said, he will reach in exchange within half our but after 3 hours,
he did not come to exchange or my home to update my package.

Yesterday, I again call him to upgrade my PTCL Port for 2MB. He said that he did already updated PTCL port but when I check my DSL Status, there is no updation and I am receiving same speed (1MB).
I also Mail to Senior Broadband Manager (bbsupportlhr@ptcl.net.pk) but there is no positive response.

What should I do for updation my DSL Package?

I faced many problems and I already more than forty Plus calls to your department, Ali Shah & Muhammad Ali of your DSL working Persons in (Guldasht Exchange Lahore Cantt) but they did not resolve my DSL Problem. After fifteen days, when my PTCL bill issue, your department will charge me 2MB speed but I recieved 1MB speed package from April.
