u should have some reasonable timings for aerobics after sunset its so difficult to come 4 the class at 4 its so hot outside.coming for aerobics at 4 is waste of money.people go in the parks for exercise after 6 when the sun sets.
Salam everyone.I want to mention something terribly wrong about Shapes in Multan.A couple of gym trainers at Shapes Health Studio are very ill mannered.Notably a trainer named Zishan is known for passing idiotic comments to the customers and also backbiting about the customers.A training session needs to be conducted for all the trainers.
