Today on 04.12.2014the principal has declared that 35 students including my son will not be able to take exam as regular student. they have only option to sit in exam is as private candidate otherwise their one year will be lost. Dear Sir Assistant Director of Benazir Income Support Program BISP Mr. Didar Ahmad Parvez using very rough and rude language with people and misbehave with poor people. he often remain absent from is office and not properly forwarding documents for renewal of missing card and reactivating of blocked cards timely. a number of people complained against him and this correspondent visited his office to ascertain the factual position. he also misbehave with me, used abuse words (Gali), broken my camera and threatened me of killing if I highlight this issue in media.

I Muhammad Ayaz Librarian requested to the PM please consider the case of retirement age in increase the retirement age up to 65 years as early as you can, like Judges of Apex supreme court we all librarians are belongs librarianship profession this profession was neglected in our country and no one take any interest toward our problems. The whole University Faculty member upgraded one grade higher in their service structure. All lower staff from grade 1 to 16 are also upgraded twice all stenographer stereotype are upgraded only neglected profession was the Librarianship. Kindly upgrade all Librarian in next higher grade, and enhance the retirement age of all employees in the government because it is difficult to survive due to high prices of commodities in the market. Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, in his budget speech for fiscal year 2014-15, had announced that the superintendent post would be upgraded from Grade 16 to Grade 17, but their hopes were dashed to the ground after issuance of official notification in the aftermath of approval of the summary by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. Technically, the superintendent post is still substantively of Grade 16, but the Finance Ministry, through an office order, has upgraded the post by granting higher time scale with subject to certain terms and conditions. The post of superintendent has not been granted Grade 17 on regular basis. Official documents, including approved summary, official letters of the Establishment Division and Finance Division available in the office that the superintendents of the federal government had filed an appeal in the Federal Services Tribunal (FST) for up-gradation of post from BPS-16 to 17. Dear Sir/Madam, Drinking water is one of the big problem of community residing in village Govraka Shah Hussain, P/O Ghazni Khel, Tehsil and District Lakki Marwat, KPK , there is one tube well for drinking purposes in the village but its water quality is not good. Mr.Ghulam Habib S/O Abdul Ghafoor, Assistant Political Agent Khyber Agency is belonged to the above mention village. To full fill the drinking water problem community needs, a local Peshawer based NGO CMDO (Contact: 40-C, S.A.Qayyum Road, University Town, Peshawar, Pakistan) give an approval of Pressure Pump for the village poor, marginalized community, but he used his influence and pressure and bored the pressure in his house (Bahtak), now he is using the pressure pump water for irrigation purpose in the house while the village community is using unhygienic water for drinking and do not give water for drinking water. Therefore it is requested from Prime Minister Secretariat to take action on this.

AOA, My husband Muhammad Pervaiz s/o Muhammad Ishaque was working as drive with Ministry of Law Justice and Human Rights, he died in July and after the announcement of Assistance Package from honorable Prime Minister of Pakistan I planned to buy a house from the amount that i ll get from this package as currently we are living on rent and it will be beneficial for my family. after a lengthy process of documentation documents were sent to AGPR for preparation of Cheque. When AGPR personnel assured me that i ll get the cheque in a week time, I paid token money of Rs 2 Lacs for purchasing house and then at all of the sudden on Feb 9, 2015 we were told that we cannot get the payment as the payment is being stopped by Finance Minster Ishaque Dar and that a committee meeting will be held for final decision.

My honorable PM sb. I was appointed in NHA on cont basis in Nov,2011. Govt.imposed ban on extensions wef 6.2.14 to 25.9.14. unfortunately my contract ended on 30.6.14. Dept communicated with PM Sectt and MOC for extension.up to Jan/15, But all of sudden on 27.2.15 NHA issued me office order treating as temporary engagement instead of contractual duties and released me from service. It is therefore requested that extension may please be extend from 1.7.14 to superannuation age. as I am in the age of 57 years. having 7 children. IM had said: A License for spectrum awarded in the NGMSA provides exclusive use of the frequencies licensed to that Operator. The services permitted are governed by each specific License (see 2.1.3 below). I have been working as Admin Staff BS-17 in University since 2003, All the Universities Upgraded the teaching posts by the orders of HEC from 2008 but the non teaching posts were not upgraded. In this connection it is stated that the criteria for selection of both cadre teaching non teaching is same i.e. Master Degree.I humble requsted to give special attention in this case and resolve this issue on priority basis so that the non teaching staff may also enjoy same scales in Universiites.

A case regarding upgradation of the post of Superintendents from grade 16 to 17 has been initiated and after supporting it fwd to Finance Div by Estb Div for concurrence. After a lot of consideration for last five months it was also supported by Fin Div and fwd back to Estb Div for further sending to PM Sectt for approval. But unfortunately it has come into the notice that Secy Estb has not supported the case while it has already been supported by the Secy Estb earlier sending it to PM Sectt. Now the case is with PM. You are requested that being a PM of Pakistan the case may be approved and fwd it back to Estb Div for issuing notification of upgradtion, because as you will be noticing during reading the summary that it is well deserved case and all the superintendents will inshallah be praying for your bright future and gift from the PPP Govt. 1,000 Customs officials await promotions May 27, 2015 As many as 1,000 officials of Customs department have been awaiting promotions from Grade 16 to 17 despite of promised by Finance Minister A senior official of the FBR Tuesday that some quarters were creating hurdles in the promotion of the Superintendents of the department. He said that if the finance minister cannot get his decisions implemented, then he should consider to quit. Empolyees are feeling discrimination and some of them have even abandoned doing their job honestly out of depression. He urged the prime minister and president to look into the matter and promote all grade-16 officers into grade-17 prior to announcement of the next budget.

The age of my son is 31years and 6 months, He is Graduate. He passed Ist term of MA examination in 2nd Divn. He has given all paper of 2nd (final term) of MA and result awaited. He has to apply for appointment as Assistant according to his qualification. Question is this: Is he eligible according to Age Limit Or his age relaxation is required. and Who is competent to relex his age. Further more. according to old policy, the age was 18-25 and in some cases 18-28. The competent authority had to relax the age for about 03 years. Now the Govt. has declared 18-30. and according to above, 03 years relaxation is still alive according to my knowledge. I request u to clear this as early as possible.

At present i am working in pakistan railways on TLA.Three year has been passed my appeal is to the Prime Minister to approve the permanent of all TLA staff.My appoiintment was on 9.1.2013. request to permanent.

Honorable Prime Minister of Pakistan, we superintendent working in Trade Development Authority of Pakistan still working in BPS-10 all posts are upgraded twice and trice but no up-gradation of superintendent, kindly upgraded the post of superintendent in BPS-16 and 17.

They also deserve justice As we know that all these paralegal staff people play a linchpin role in the court/tribunal but it is a classic injustice with them that many Readers, Nazirs and Bailifs will be retired from the same grade in which their initial appointment was made. They tremble with indignation at injustice with them. Grace, justice, social justice and the constitution of Pakistan (Article 25) demand that these ill-fated court personnel may also be upgraded for an efficient and effective performance in the courts and tribunals. However, the Prime Minister of Pakistan is appealed for the up-gradation of the posts of Readers Nazirs and bailiffs working in more the courts and tribunals of Punjab under the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs because they feel discriminated against what they call a historical injustice.
