Subject: Extreme shamel for ABN to employ people who misbehave with the customers despite of repeated complaints of the customer to the Bank. And the bank doesn’t take any action.

Dear sir/Madam

Regretfully I would like to state that Mr. Vinod working under Mr. Abhishek Bajaj has been calling me and my husband on regular basis from telephone and misbehaving with us regularly. He has access to my telephone no. as well as my husband’s telephone nos. both office and landline. He continuously dials our nos. for the purpose if we avoid him.

The story started when I was approached for the settlement of card and he forced me to pay the balance outstanding. When I indicated that I do not owe anything to the bank but still I would like to pay the full amount of purchases with interest thereon if I get the accounts in place for me to understand my dues, he started shouting forcing me to retaliate for a moment but I decided to put the receiver down instead. Thereafter he is regularly approaching me or my husband and making our life hell and also threatening us of life.

Though I lodged a complaint with your call center but to no avail and his misbehavior doesn’t come to an end.

May I request the authorities, if you have ears which listen, to take an appropriate action against this creature spoiling your bank’s reputation which is his only motive behind.
