i returned mu wateen device on 2 oct and on 6th oct i got email mentioning ,my service activation.what a pathetic way they r following.probably they plan to charge me even if i have refused their services as i m to still get the cheque for returning the equipment before installation.

I would like to comment about wateen internet service with reference to my unique ticket no three,four,nine, one, six.More than two weeks have gone by, my service has been scrambled.It has kept me on my toes, but no hope of resolution of this problem.Last Monday Mr.Qasim Rizvi, called me from customer service and explained me the whole problem.He assured me that a request for external device for you has been forwarded, as we are out of stock at the moment.No news, no contact and no updating after wards.If this be the quality of your service, then why to hang on with Wateen?

Unfortunately I got wateen wireless intrernet connection.There was some problem in refiling.I have been ringing on to mian umer sale person for four days and he did not explain how to recharge and promise to ring back which he did never. My account expired today.I again tried to contact the above hounourable executive but he did not attend the call. At my second call he powered off his phone.Is there any officer senior to help me out of this porblem.Thanks a lot!

Our Net in Gulshan Ravi is not working from two weeks and didn't get satisfactory replies from helpline. They always keep on saying that issue will be resolved in a day. Please give the proper reply.
