Hello I was trying to withdraw money for urgent need and I saw that my account is not activated. I went to my branch and l was told that my passport has expired. It is chocked for foreign student far from his family and l'm also your customer while I have my updated passport but you didn't send me a warning message or email to provide such document. It's unbelievable cause l have been in others countries. That's your role, but I was told that your server was down that's why l didn't receive any message. So you should not deactivate my account. Meanwhile I have submitted my passport and visa to my branch this morning and still my account is not activated. It's urgent for me to withdraw money. Please activate my account urgently.
