I want to bring your kind attention to an important issue regarding your department. I have placed 9 orders online through AliExpress out of which I have received only 4 orders. These orders were placed in the month of February and April 2016. The Items consists of ordinary electronic components. The orders are misplaced in Pakistan according to the track number information. According to the internet survey 70% international shipments were lost during the last three months. According to some sources the employees of Pakistan Customs are involved in the theft of these shipments. If this issue is not solved, AliExpress (which provides cheap items with free delivery) will ban Pakistan like Ebay and Amazon which will be embarrassing in the world. I request you to please take this issue seriously and investigate why these shipments are lost in Pakistan and take strict action against these employees (culprits) who are involved in these thefts. thanks Javed Islamabad

Hi, I writing this massage from UK I posted these item from UK to Pakistan dated 13/05/2017 to Pakistan but they haven't received it yet in Pakistan when I called to my Mailing company they said to me my items holding at Islamabad Customs from 23/05/2017 so can you please tell what was the reason for that instead when I posted these items from UK I paid everything on this parcel the recvicer mobile number already mention or please reply me back thanks.
