Poorest Customer Service i have ever seen in Karachi instead of apologize they canceled my order they were 40 minutes late on their fast food service.
I agree, The poorest service ever, the food was expired instead of returning the rider tasted my burger and told me that it is fine, and told me that u have tasted the burger and so it wont be exchanged, and the manager was telling him over the phone that bring the burger back we'll send him after 2 - 3 hours, just a wastage of time and money, and it is the same as paying for ur sickness and insults and paying the other person for rude attitude... Bloody As*Holes... !
Only name is A one but the quality and services plus test was third class ... Zinger has no crisps fries was uncooked and some are overcooked.. oil was smells like eww.. and manager's attitude was worst.. he was not accepting their mistake.. and order was tekken too much time.. you have to change or increase your stuff and teach them manners or change them... We are your regular costumes we wait for dinner at least 45 minutes and after that 20 minutes wait for the bill... Please take action as soon as possible and replay on this email... Worst and poor service..
