Hello . This is Mairaj Khalid . I have apply for a Study visa for Australia in Institute (NMIT) in the course (Diploma of Mechanical Engeenering) through HR Consultants. I received my PVA(pre visa approval) about two months ago. And I have given my medical test and submitted my fist semester fee about one and half months ago. I have applied for temporary student visa as a recipient of Endeavour Postgradaute Scholarship by the Australian government. The application was received on April 07, 2015. A couple of time I was advised for submission of documents and my comments on the information collecting during checks. I am a genuine temporary entrant to Australia. However, my visa application is still under process even after 8 months. Is this the efficiency of the DIBP? Where are the claims of being just fair to the people. In spite of my repeated requests still decision on my visa is in pending and the deadline for scholarship is over. Who is responsible for this delay and irreparable loss to my professional career.
