Very poor bank service I have account in Euro if i want to submit money in my account they dont want to have 50 Euro note they want only 500 Euro not ,stupid bank staff and know nothing about ruls

I have account in Euro currency But y you dont eccept 50 euro note ,very poor service.staf told me to talk meniger but she was not there .my opinion to close the bank if your officer is not in bank
