Dear Sir I have purchased shoes from BATA shoes, Saddar Bazar Abbottabad. Within two months soles fractured and shoes are unable to use now. when I contacted relevent branch, the manager was not present there. A staff member Mr.Zahid refused to respond my complaint and told me that complaints are entertained within thirty days. My question is : Do you make your products to be used for only 30 days? Dear sir, I have purchased girls school shoes from your saddar bazzar store Nowshera cantt branch.Within two days soles fractured and shoes were unable to use now when i contacted Nowshera cantt branch staff they replied that you will have to wait for one month and if you need to have shoes you will purchase new pair so i did the same and the 2nd pair also met with same fate within one day and your staff replied in the same manner. I think its not a good business and you have to amend this rule.Now my two pairs shoes complains are pending with you and please meet it soon. thanks

I really love to purchase Bata shoes but in recent past I purchased two Joggers, on in Jujy last year and other in july this year. would you believe that the ist one lost its color shape and looks ugly. but its shocking that the new Jogger that has been purchase in july this year has been found with a defect that at the heel it is just like broken and is not capable of use, as gives pain to the feet. I may send you both the Joggers for getting them rechecked by your Quality Control department.

In the last two years I have bought ten pairs of Bata shoes, because finally you've come out with attractive designs and colours for ladies. Unfortunately,of the three pairs I bought last month, two have parted company with their soles and I have had to get them cobbled several times. The most unfortunate experience was with a turquoise punch-design cork-heeled mule which expanded so much the first time I wore them, that my toes started sliding out through the front (although I bought a size five instead of my normal six), and I had to put in an insole. The very next time I wore them, the right one split along the side, and now the pair is useless. For a fifteen-hundred-rupee pair of shoes, this is appalling. What do you propose to do about this?

I would like to get in touch with somebody who can resolve the matters. Ever since I was a child in Nairobi then in England and in Pakistan, Bata has been a house hold name for quality service and courtesy. On the 09th July I had to buy some shoes. I visited the shop at the commercial zone Cavallary ground shop. The staff was discorteous and outright arrogant. When I asked to get a proper size, I was answered rudely" Nahi hae" when I wanted to change the colour again the same reply"Nahi hae" When I asked about the shop manager, Same reply" Nahi hae" wheras the said gentleman was busy gossi[ping with a friend in the shop while being on duty. My question is, " is this how a business is run? Is this how Mr Bata envisaged his company? Can I get an answer to the humiliation? Please respond.

All you very innocent people. You must know that Bata People are looting all of us shamelessly as it is the order of the day. You would surprised to know that 90% of the shoes they get from China and very few brands are made here in Lahore Pakistan.So forget quality and forget Bata.Don't waste your time and money on them.It is not your old Bata.A local cobbler may serve you far far better than them.

I visited Bata saddar Peshawar yesterday(18-05-2014). i took a shoes on which rate was mention 399 Rs..I surprised when manager told me about that shoes price 450 Rs. i asked the reason why the difference is...? Bata is good and a large shoes company in Pakistan, if they are facilitating people like this way ,i must not come again to Bata, and i will expose this with all to never go to BATA.

As I first time wore a new pair of that shoes in our Annual Conference held at Dubai in Feb2018, So during conference the sole of above mentioned new shoes had detached and created lots of embarrassment for me among so many people, but the management of Atlantis hotel helped me by providing glue tube for temporary repairment of shoes sole.
