@1.Zaheer: our law firm provide full assistance to adopt a child from Pakistan. its an easy and simple procedure as now you have to get permission from child protection bureau first and then you shall be appointed as guardian of minor by Guardian court. after getting guardianship certificate from court you ll get the B form of child on your name.

@2.Abdul Qaiyum: If you want to adopt a child from orphan institution then you have to apply for it before Child protection and welfare bureau. This department shall after making some formalities ll allow you to take a child from an orphan institution. Then you will apply for Guardianship certificate from Guardian Court and court shall allow the same after publication in newspaper, evidence of two witnesses and submission of surety bonds. Adopting of a child is easy but all procedure takes 2 to 3 months. Our law firm provide full assistance to adopt a child from Pakistan. after getting guardianship certificate from court you ll get the B form of child on your name.
