asalam-o-alaikum madam how are you ? can u advice me that i am BP and sugar patient and three month has been done for my pregnancy so should i take folic acid tablets and annar juice is both thing will suit me in this condition kindly guide me i am too much worry

hope your fine This is my second pregnency iam 5wk pregnent now In my first pregnency mg baby went through mutation disorder and by birth he suffered from skin peob epidermolysis bullosa on his feet n hand fingers and nails although its not heriderity ... My baby is all fine now alhumduillah but some times due to any wound bubble occur on the same place ... But i dont want it to occur in my second pregnency Pls help me ... I will be very thankful to you waiting for your reply Regards
