Mustafa from Karachi. i have been suffering in Spinal pain since last 3 year. i have pain in my leg while walking, standing, sitting and sleeping. note my below X-Ray Report and MRI Report. X-Ray conclusion: Disc spaces are normal. Normal both sacro iliac joints. Normal para vertebral soft tissue. Break seen in the pars inter articularis between L5-S1, however no forward / backward slipped see. MRI conclusion: Transitional vertebra is noted which for the purpose of study deemed to be L5/S1. No fracture is seen. Bulging annulus posteriorly at L4/L5, causing minimal indentation on thecal sac. No evidence of spinal canal or foraminal stenosis. No evidence of osteomyelitis. No tumor mass is seen. Normal paravertebral soft tissues.

I was treated for giant cell Tumour lower end of radius (Left) . Related to that had six surgeries . In third surgery they took fabular graft and placed it in place of lower end of radius . During taking the graft demaged paronial nerve which resulted in complete foot drop for three months . Movement came back in my big toe first then later was able to lift full foot to some extent . Now I have partial foot drop and it gets worse on walk . Due to this reason had innumerable falls and many sever to slight injuries received . During my last fall my L4 is fused with L5 and now back in july had severe pain with resrtricted leg movement ? Got better with the drugs.
