I have already applied for the benefits and form was submitted to Upper Mall Scheme Office Lahore vide claim No. 4065 dated 16 Sept 2014. I was well responded by the sitting Dy, Director and was given an assurance that process will be completed with 2/3 months. i did nt receive pension fr July August Sept 2016. Now when i approached NBP they say contact Alfalah Bank. When i checked balance thru my ATM it showed only one months pension 5250 rs. Meantime also rcvd SMS fm 8645 that Oct pension hs been credited to yr pension card. Pls clarify that Oct pension should be due after Oct then which month Pension is appearing in my balance and when and how i am going to get my arrears fr July August Sept 2016.
