Yesterday my grandmother discharge from this hospital. My comments... Everything is so good like treatment, availibility of staaf 24/7, their good food for patient etc etc.. Nurses are cooperative 24/7 in every shift.

Gulab Devi Hospital is good but only building .The staff ,management and security (guards and ward boys) all of them are very rude in their manner and behavior .They talk in very bad manner (rubbishing like) and they assume that hospital is their property and they have authority to through the patient out without any treatment especially (management and doctors ).And no one can do something against them according to management .They don't check the complaint box also.If you have some answer then please reply me .

My sister is admitted in the hospital for suspected TB case since around 15 days. twice we sent sputum samples to lab but reports are not received. nobody replies why result of reports are not arriving. other patients in the Aziz ward also facing same issue...attitude of most of nurses is not patient friendly.
