aoa respected sir i have a complaine of my bank statement whcih come on 6th month basis from karachi head office of ur bank, which is not recived sine last five years ago. i have put up complained by online helpline calls also to habib bank officer who gave me last half years statement on my request. i have know that ur bank policy is that u send a 6th month basis statement copy to the client address but i have not. i also ameded my present address in this regard. i hope this problem shall solve in future.
