What is the procedure to get addmission in your school

i am a student of textile designing from UoK. I am planing my textile thesis in which i will make fabrics which are convinient for a blind person to know which color he is wearing. I just want to know if you allowed me to come so i will have some conversation with blind people so thus it will help me to conduct better fabrics
