People have many grievances against Italian working.They submit papers for different purposes and it was clearly written that Embassy officials will call back after completing their jobs.No one receive any call from the Italian officials to collect their papers.People are not satisfied.Please be efficient and working well in time,avoid inconvenience for public.Never waste your and public time.
