3Imran Rizvi I bought 2 apartments in Jason beach, Clifton beach in 1994 , My payments where made all in full and as from today i have not heard anything back from you . I have got all my proof of documents with me .i think it was very sad to get someones payments and not give them there property . I will be very grateful if you could look into this matter . I booked 2 apartment and 2 shops in Jason beach view project back in 1987 or around the same period . I heard that the project started but then stop and a stay was in hight court Sind. I put an application to Sind building authority..and u met with the director .who told that partners had some issue and high court and one party got stay on the case ..director told me this matter take long time to resolve. Since 2011 I didn't hear any update for this project. We hope we ll get our apartment/shop we booked .
