may i inform you that i purchased a kurta shalwar and peshawari chappal from your peshawar saddar outlet for Rs. ten thousand four hundred for my marrige ceromny. a week ago. Three days after purchase i went to the same outlet for change of color of kurta but was refused on the pretext that recept has to be produced which was unfortunatly lost in transit. however tag was intact. it was requested that the same could be retrived from the computer data which was refused rudly. it is requested that i may be helped

i have a very bad Experience in Islamabad on my recent visit at Jinnah Super though yje staff was cooperative but result is none. The phone no listed on recpt been calling no response checked online the no is not in service. The Kura i bought from JJ after using only 3 hours become wors looking brought back to the store requesting i am leang for oversease the rect handed over to me for Jan while i was leaving the manager said will call me following day but no body called me and when i tried to call no one picked up the phone.
