Though you are using modern means of communication but in some areas especially Nazimabad,where i reside,the situaton is worst.Yesterday night i did loudge a complaint in the said office and was informed by the officials that the complaint would be resolved in 2 to 3 hours but it never met until in the morning at 05:45am i again went to your office and was told by the official that at 08:00am,KESC's complaint van will be at your home but it is yet far away.What a service.If you are listening me,you should contact me.

5E 8/25 Nazimabad NO#5 karachi After 3hr light came at 11:43am and after 2 mint again light gone daily 9hr load-shading as per plane and most of the time without plane light gone, plz do some thing we are in trouble your service is very bad.

3H 6/39 naz no 3 khawja gherrb nawaz center flat no 103 202 302 and many many more flats use kundas systems thats why we face load shadding problam plz check this bcz we clean our area
