MCB Bank Ltd, Lahore

Dear Sir I sent one hundred forty pounds at the rate of one hundred thirty three rupees on last Friday though your agent in London i.e., Mr. Azeem. I was told by your agent that my nominee will get this amount from MCB, Anarkali Branch, Lahore on next day. He also gave me pin number which i communicated to my brother ie., recipient. My brother two times visited your said branch but he has not been given money. It is extremely disappointing that how you have been dealing with this normal matter. Recipient name is : Fahad Ikram son of Muhammad Ikram. Please let me know what is the status of this amount and when will your said branch deliver money to my brother. Regards M. sir your service is very disappointing actually i face the problem while using the ATM card. Actually i forgot my pin card and i go to MCB where i open my account.But no one give me again pin haider

im the account holder of mcb gt road opp fruit mandi branch a/c by my name.unfotunately delay in on line service upto 2hrs,system blockage problem frequently and the bad attitude on online cheque collection counter of this bank has made me to think seriuosly to wash my account.If u can do something. regards

Mcb cancern authority. I applied for open bank account at Mcb Wahdat Road Lahore Branch on 2nd Sep. . I submitted required documents as demand bank officier and signatured on bank form he inform me that bank will contact me within two or three days i again ask to bank officer any futher document he satisfied me all decuments are complate. But after passing one weak no call recieved me from bank so i call back to wahdat road branch they informed me lack of letter head this is a sense of irresponsibility of bank officier i m disappoi nted of this service and wasted my time in this regard Zafar Akhtar Fine Optical House /g rehmanpura Lahore

What is the statesonates o my complaint.On 17 august2016 I sent a complaint about the very poor service of the op eration manager.mi stakenly I sent the complaint to Mr Malak Waheed(He is known to me since long ) and next ay I contected him on phone and told about the situation.Malak sahab told that the matter was not concerned wit.h him but he would send it to concerned depot.till that day I am waiting for any progress.Please inform me the early as possible.

Iam waiting for branch manager in fathepur swat since morning. He went home and his his home is 45 km away from the bank. Iam waiting for him. take a action against him soo quickly as soon as possible
