I am an account holder of ur bank since last november i got 1.5 million pak rupees in my account and i was thinkng to get a credit card but six month later when i applaied i got declined on the 21 of april. when a business of arms ammunation holder if has licence registered with his father name and son has an official authority even from his father but can be rejected by mcb. hello i am arsalan from lahore.i am an account holder of mcb mall branch lahore branch code .i wanna complain about the manager and the rest of staff.i sended a cheque today and a peron (an aged man working at my shop)went to cash my cheque .there was a sign difference.as they said.i tried to talk to them i called the brance they never picked up.then i called my employee and said that give the ph to any staff member but all those staff members said no we cant listen to the phone.at the same time i called the branch they didnt picked up and didnt talked to me infact they misbehaved with my employee.they are very misbehaving ediots .i am account holder since 4 years but there attitude is really bad eversince..if something can be done please do something for it..thanks arsalan

I work Online and earn some money. My websites send my money to my bank account on 22 March 2014 but still this money is not in my account. I three times visit my bank and email 6 times to MCB info but there is no result. My second transaction was on 11th April but that transaction is also missing. Hello I am ur account holder since 2012 and this account had been opened due to the pak qatar insurance policy. From 3 years my money was not debited by pak qatar insurance company and due to this zakat was deducted. I was abroad but regularly every year i deposited my said amount. Who is responsible to give me back that money back which was deducted in leu of zakat. Why focal person in MCB model town lahore branch didnt check and inform us.
