My name is Dr. Zafar Iqbal and i have my account in your karim block market branch. I have published one research paper and want to submit publication fee 90 US dollars to Hong Kong standard chartered Bank. I have contacted bank personals and give them reference that individual can deposit this fee from the pakistan bank and this is allowed by the state bank of pakistan, FE manual, Chap. 14, Article 16-17 (if i am not wrong). they have asked me to send my information on email, i have sent the required information to Mr. Awais, and also talked to Mr. Umair. still i have not received any information Furthermore, it is also requested that in every your branch, place some personal who knows how to deal this kind of matters. This was very bitter experience for me and i think that management have to think about this kind of issues.
