guide me i want to make complaint and request an inquiry against a Doctor of KRL Hospital islamabad who also works in a private hospital Shifa International Islamabad and traps patients from KRL (employee and their families) and goes to Shifa Hospital International and operates there himself in his duty time while he should be in KRL Hospital at that time. Even, he makes own decisions without consent of patients or their attendants and often leads patient to grave, as he did with my father. he himself decided and put stent in his heart which failed and he could not opened it then referred open heart bypass which caused in coma and my father died because his health was not as good as for a bypass surgery requires. Whom i can complaint for a fair inquiry, guide me. i can send all evidences and documents in support of my case. i am a poor man and a low grade employee on contract basis. help me.
