The way they operate all the challan form fee submission is way too slow. They operate only 4-6 persons in an hour maximum. Please look on to it. The condition is rubbish and pathetic.

My Credit Card No . I visit ATM G-9 Markaz at 1630 hrs for cash withdrawal rs /-. The ATM machine has not provided cash Rs /- but debit tghe amount from my account. Therefore, you are requested to please reverse the amount to my account. Thanks.

The worst staff ever to have come across. Discourteous and non cooperative. They donot care of elderly females. Extremely disappointed withtheir conduct. My mother 81 years who can barely walk was forced to come to the bank for biometric verification. And had to wait for about 45 min in the parking area till the staff break was finished. I tried to call the bank but couldn't talk to them. then i told my driver to take the phone to the guard standing at the gate who took the phone to lady(operations) who ignored the request and stated that even 90 years old people have to come inside the bank. She was extremely rude and discourteous with me. She forced my 81 years old mother to climb the banks stairs and report inside bank to get the biometric verification. This conduct speaks volumes of the reputation and of the bank branch.
