Heya! My names Hashim, a student of architecture at COMSATS Lahore, currently in my final semester of my bachelors degree. Im doing a film thesis on the site NAFDEC and I have a question in regards to the the ownership of the site; Can you kindly tell me which governments ministry holds the ownership of this site?
