Try to change the school curriculum and teaching approach now.Beacon school system is continously training their taechers and upgrading their schools.They develop their own books which gives the children more vocabulary and proper grading of reading books in the lower classes as the books prescribed by government haven't got controlled vocabulary. Beacon School in Lahore's principal runs and opens new Beacon schools and organise their teacher's training. She should be approached for continuous inservice training for teachers. The school must adopt new systems now.The principal must be aware of other systems in the world and should delegate works to department's head and teachers and be articulate enough to reach the governors to give advice and ask for resources.
