PTCL Exchange (Defence), Lahore

My Brother Telephone # ( ) is out of order since 15 Days. Made various complaints but nothing have been done. i am calling P.A to BM and even line man of my area since fifteen days he didnt bother to receive my call .His name is atteeq .Could U please do some thing to restore our phone soon? i am really disappointed with their behavior.. my smart tv and internet 2mb unlimited package is totally non functional since one week. Has complained many a time and visited ptcl in person but without any benefit 203 dd dha lahore 042

Smart TV and Internet almost non functional for over 1 year. The linesman and supervisors unable to put it right. Complaints in all shapes and forms ineffective. Probably some other method needed to convince the staff to make it work again. Anyone, with ideas as to what should be done?

The worst ever services seen specially at DHA Lahore,requestedfor PTCL broad band and smart TV services ,customer care representative ensured availability on same copper wire ,few days later only broad band device was installed and distortion in line was never resolved to enable broad band device to function properly since 2 months passed and no smart TV installed despite repeated requests complains etc.After 2 months a line man came he corrected the distortion due to a good dose of bullshit and that guy informed that untill u have fiber optics new tel no installed smart TV can not work .So I requested again for installing Fiber optics enabled no which was provided after one week device for new broad band and smart TValso installed but services not yet provided despite 10 complains.Now having 2 broad band devices and a smart TV device installed but no services ,So I would request the higher authorities to please send some one and pick up this scrap.

i must say PTCL is a bunch of nincompoops who are just getting pay and doing nothing. My DSL is once again not working since last one week for which I have registered 50 complaints and talked to the supervisors or shift INCHARGE but as usual no response. Fault is in exchange but no one their to put it right. No one is picking up tel at Lhr DHA office to avoid any work. If PTCL is not capable to maintain lines than close it like steel mill and enjoy permanently. Hope some one will be ashamed of and address the complaint. Else take off DSL set as I don't want to keep it as show piece. Rating for PTCL Def is OOOOOOOOOO

My dsl is not working since one weak and launched complaint on 1218 several times but no positive response now i am thinking to switch over on any other service provider ptcl so pathetic

my Telephone # ( ) at Nishat Colony Block F Street No 12 is out of order since 45 Days. I have forward lot of complaints but nothing have been done. I have approached line man Mr Akram of my area saver time he replied that the main line have been damage and he can not rectified the fault. My DSL Internet has also not in working. can check the status of my telephone which have been mostly not in working condition. But i have paid my bill continually. do some thing to resolve the issue. Extremely unreliable customer service . I only recieve automated calls and no customer representative feedback. I had upgraded my 2 mb dsl internet to 8 mb but i only recieve 3 mb speed and extremley below standard i ternet performance and for the last 4 weeks i have been tirelessly calling ptcl 1218 helpline and they dont do anything to help . "hum mazrat khwa hain keh aap ko mushkilat ka saamna karna parha " ptcl customer service has only been trained to say this one liner rather than fix problems with your third class service . please fix your customer service model . My DSL tel no is 042- .This is out of order for the last 7 days despite repeated complaints on 1218.There is no positive response.I keep on receiving fake complaint solving messages,while complaints are not removed only fake message telling that according to our information that your complaint no 16 has been settled i keep on pressing option 2 still of no use.I don't know whome to contact .I got Dha exchange s block tel ph nos.and DE & SDO nos but no body bother to attend phone.all calls go unattended.Pl contact if some one senior can bother to listen.My Mob no is .

unfortunately i purchased evo 4g cloud device and its not working i dont want to use it i purchase in respective of billing per month tell me how can i get ride off from such poor services.

Worst possible service by PTCL defence. On top of it they don't attend the call. I fail to understand how and why they are still surviving as a department.

I LIVE IN DIVINE GARDEN NEAR METRO CASH AND CARRY AIRPORT. APPLIED FOR LANDLUNE AND 8Mbps PACKAGE A FEW DAYS AGO AT GHAZI ROAD EXCHANGE. APPARANTLY DIVINE GARDENS IS NOT COVERED. CAN SOMEONE CONFIRM THIS?

As usual bad experience of field repair staff and highly least interested response/action by PTCL. Phone and internet both are out of order since eight days . A no of complaints and calls of local area staff Aslam and Arslan have been made but no interest. One more thing kindly stop sending recorded call as to press 1 or 2 after 2/3 hrs. PTCL should confirm rectification of fault from their concerned staff and then make call to customer.

Hi, Hope this letter would find your authorities with some productive results. I am utilizing your services since last four years with no delay billing and issues. Nothing unusual to mention; same delayed complaint response and than a lineman; who visited my location twice and still unable to resolve the network... he has even left the wiring open....and unable to contact on given number. My visit to your so called head office (Kalma choak) in regard was useless. Please check my complaints (against the number)... and service connectivity and the constant billing ... I still assume some positive response. Thanks !

Have been chasing your organization to fix my broadband issue for the last two weeks but in vain. Hope you will not only address my concern but also provide free of cost service for at least one month due to your negligence.

Very bad response from PTCL dept ghazi road Lahore.Since 5 months calling ptcl complaints #, ptcl management,email on ptcl care,although personally visited exchange many times,but still ptcl dept not able to shifting of my landline # in one house to other house both houses are in one line/street.Now at the end i requested you kindly disconnect our # please.
