I have asked for a connection on 18th May 2015 for a broad band Connection but i still didn't have any notification from the PTCL .I would like you to do a bit hurry on my request it's an urgent to have an internet connection . make it Hurry Please The CNIC number is And the Contact number is 0302- My name is Munir . and yeah i have requested for a new Broad band connection .

Excel Lab Karachi DHA Phase 6 PTCL telephone and internet are non-functional since last week, several calls and reminders were given on 1218 but no positive response, please address the issue on priority.

Complained to Telephone exchange, they showed their inability to repair because they blame DHA for abrupt work and therely cutting Cable by DHA.
