Since two weeks there is a issue of DSL internet services in Model colony PTCL exchange areas, despite many complaints no one tacking care of consumers even DE phone Mr. Aurangzeb is not giving proper response. It is a request to higher authorities to take immediate action and fixed this matter on top most priority.

My telephone No. (021) is out of order since August 01, 2016. Complaint No.43 has been registered on 01.08.16 but of no avail. I am reminding daily on 1218. They promise to arrange to corrective measures to restore my telephone but till todate nothing has happened. I now understand why people are reluctant to keep PTCL phone line instead of mobile phones. You can only get your phone working on paying something to the Lineman. What a shame on PTCL.

i made complaint no 17 on 9th juy 2017 .still no one come to solove.every day just giving hope that area supervisor mr Haider wiil visit &see.but no used.really shame for poor service from ptcl.Land line number 021 . pl look this matter.

It seems PTCL is forcing its customers to discard PTCL connection. My no is out of order, hence internet connection. I have been complaining for last three months but except LIP SERVICE no action taken as yet. I have told a number of that, "OUR REP, ARIF of MODEL COLONY EXCH will visit you", but no rep ever turned up. Now I am left with no option but to discontinue my PTCL connection and get a cable net. I would also like to suggest sane action to those customers who are suffering due to worst PTCL management.

I am very disappointed with your services

I am writing you with reference to our phone number , which we have been using for the past 40 years, and it was working perfectly until four months ago. But now this phone line is continuously malfunctioning for the last four months and we have never seen such a pathetic and futile PTCL service in 40 years. Every week we experience either telephone or internet service goes down. I spoke to the lineman about this problem, I was told that the officers had written to Islamabad, but even after fifteen days, there was no response. You are requested to provide proper training to your staff as well as complete equipment to handle phone and internet complaints. I hope your immediate action and orders will restore our telephone and internet service and solve the problem once for all. Muhammad Zaheer Khan

Your internet is very slow due to which it is very difficult to use and many complaints have been made to Baldia Town Exchange.
