The Chairman PTCL The MD PTCL Islamabad 021- I am running pillar to post since the day August 06, 2015 when i swtiched over to PTCL Charji from Wi Tribe. Since that day i have landed in trouble because my DSL remains frequently disconnected. Every 5 minutes it goes OFF. I never experienced problem with Wi Tribe. I have been misguided by Hira of Telemarketing department of PTCL about tariff, speed and package. Mr. Ashfaq of DSL Nazimabad Exchange Karachi says that the concerned DB is EARTHING and no body is ready to fix it up. Service is very poor. Nobody listen. The complain system is such that you can't repeat complain. No accountability of team for poor response. Regards

My telephone number (021- ) is having repeatedly disconnection problems since a month and PTCL Broadband is continuously out of service since 15 days. I am doing complaints on daily basis and every time get assurances from PTCL call centre representatives for early settlement of issues but nothing positive has been done by PTCL engineering department so far. Above all after being unable to provide service at all, I am in receipt of PTCL bill having all the charges of the services that are not being provided to me since a month.I request PTCL authorities to look at the matter seriously and communicate me the exact problem.

Worst services ever seen by an organisation, its been 8 days since our telephone and broadband connection is not working. Ive complaint continually but you people are not taking any action. Last option is that ill be removing every connections from your side we dont need such poor services.
