The DE North Nazimabad Exchage Block-B, Norht Nazimabad- Karachi. Attn. Mr. Muhammad Razzak Subject: Telephone Line and Broad Band connection not working since 04th August . But till date not operational. Phone No.: - Phone No.: - This is to bring in your knowledge that I have complained for the above mentioned phone nos and broad band on 07th August and visited your office subsequently and contacted the concerened person to remove the fault but till date the fault has not been removed. I request you to please look into the issue and resolve the same at your earliest. I have ordered PTCL broadband & any of the employee called me and asked to get this service, very next day i have received the device and i have called on helpline they said your services are active but on my end internet isnt working, PTCL is most crap broadband service in Pakistan. They still have same trend as it was when PTCL was national dept. MOST CRAP SERVICE THEY HAVE.

Yet ten days done and I have personally visited the customer center and also tried to contact on such numbers But No RESPONSE on these phones as provided by 1217. My internet connection was troubling for a very long time, after repeated complaints the person attending the complaint instead of solving the problem gave me option of getting a new line and i agreed, the best part is that the new connection is not even working and i have already got a bill for this line and now i am a idiot who is going to pay for two connections every month and that also without getting any internet services thank you PTCL

I am writing this email as an extremely disappointed and dissatisfied customer of PTCL,all my Landline # dues are paid always in time (except Nov22) and as a result it is out of order since around two months and I have complained multiple times at # 1218 since then, and every time we have been informed that it will be resolved very soon, I got many calls from PTCL saying that the problem is solved, but nothing has happened yet , I would really appreciate a speedy response and resolution of my complaint, as a lot of days have been passed, and a lot of efforts have been made into this from my side with no helpful response.This attitude of PTCL has not been ever happened, I hope your good self to please look into the matter at your earliest and provide us mental peace. Your department install new cabins in nazimabad for internet and landline connections. One of the cabin is installed next to my door (SITE ID S15KHINZDM091)and underground opening is in front of my door.The old cabin is on the back of your new cabin and now its became a carbage site (kachra Kundi)After many verbal complain to your workers and other staff the situation is still the same. remove the old cabin and old pole from this site, cover the area with concreat blocks which become a garbage site and remove the underground opening from my door. I am facing phone line problems/ distortion and line man said there is cable fault from two year back and on complaint line man told us it takes time more than one year. All land line numbers in neighbours house are working perfectly. Number of complaints to your department and numbers of repies by yr departments, result is same ! Sorry sir. Could you realise my problem And return or adjust my bill amount(freedom package etc) in existing bill. Your answer will be Sorry sir.

my telephone line is out of order since two year beside lot of complains, no body bother to fix the problem. I was paying every month bill which is for line rent etc. now i have received "Tambhee Notice/KTR3/ /93 from your manager , credit management center III for dues of pkr. 1300/= this is very unfair. Cincern I am rrsident of north nazimabad block S near Moochi Gali stop opposite shahid marriage hall. Our area ptcl main lines are broken since more than 15 days, despite continue complains on 1218 no one is bother to resolve the issue, ptcl no.
