how to get my renewal registration within one or two days?

I applied 1 and a half month ago for adding FCPS & for renewal of my PMDC certificate but not got yet. I have heard that there is some problem for renewal and addding FCPS. I want to know that what is the problem and when it will be solved inshaALLAH. Please reply. Regards.
