I registered a letter for Ghouri Town vide receipt book No.1009 and receipt No.RGL on (Thursday) 06.12.2018 at 10 a.m.. I was told by Incharge that it will be delievered by tomorrow (Friday) 13.12.18. Unfortunately my letter has not been received by Mr. Shershah Malik till today (Thursday). The incharge at that time told me to complaint if this happened. Now let me who will bear the loss and when will my letter will be delievered or I am going to write to Prime Minister complaint cell about your inefficient service despite spending huge amount on publishing in newspapers and banners. I hv sent my parcel on cod from karachi to isb to the receiver Nabila syed on adress ___ f.10/4 tomorrow the postman came to deliver to the recipient she goes inside to get the money but the postman came back without delivering her the parcel kindly ask him to deliver the parcel today as its not the right way to deal atleast they hv to wait a bit thnkx
