Helooo sir I want to say that i submited for ordinary passport on 18 september but on token slip the person who took interview cut the printed date and write 45 days and as well as on your official site there is mentioned that normal passport can be dilvered after 12 working days. And another issue is why the number wrigten on site is always engaged whenever i called and there is also no timing mentioned about call so please tell me i get my passport after 45 days or i go to regional office n ask them about all that please because i want my passport urgent

Why have you printed the phone number ( 051- ) on your website if one always listens in reply "The number you have dialled is not responding at the moment". Authorities should take notice of it.
