Dear Sir, I have a plasma of Fifty inches model number Fifty PF/ Seven Three Two Zero. Now your dealer Anwar Electronics has checked it and diagnsed that card will be changed which is called Power Supply Unit. He is asking for thirty to forty thousand to change it with a new card. Kindly confirm is he justified in asking this price. If this is the maintenance price than why Philips is making such idiot things which cost too much in repair. Dear Sir, I purchased 5 Nos Philips Tube Lights Rods : ( TLD 36W/ ) cool warm, from Noor Mahal Electric Shop at Gulistan-e-johar Block-19. Karachi. All the tube lights were installed in Sultan Mosque. After passing 2 or 3 months, one of the tube light gone out of order. On inspection, it is found that a tiny hole was developed and all the gas blown off. The compitent Electrician told us that "it is a technical manufacturing fault, must be reported to the manufacturing Company and a free replacement request must be rai8sed accordingly.......
