I bought a school bag for my six year old daughter from potpourri Y-market, DHA, Lahore on May 03,2009 and the shoulder strap of the brand new bag got broken when I was putting it on my daughter at the entry gate of the school on the very next working day i.e. Monday, May 05,2009. Can you imagine that the potpourri store refused to change the bag despite the fact that the strap got broken the moment it was first used. The store should realize that normally school bags last many years and it was certainly defective as it got broken immediately when placed on the shoulder. The episode indicates lack of empathy and total disregard fro the customers by the potpourri stores and an attempt to make money by hook or by crook.
