With yours reference Customer Number (8), Dated 14/04/2015, I am writing to bring attention to a serious issue with sequentially. We received first bill with reminder latter in this month after August 2013 estimably, SSGC took 2 years and 4 month. Secondly, 1st bill amount is Rs. 45,640/= which is too high and without any consideration of previous bill parameter. Thirdly, I had several times called and physically submitted copy of the paid bill with CNIC at customer centre. After two months, I discontinued to come at customer centre, SSGC .As release monthly billing but there is no written evidence of receiving copy which submitted. We are very disappointed by the SSGCS poor service. Thirdly , Our most of day timing , which 12 hours, spend outside the home, As our gas connection had locked august 2013 due to nonpayment as we cleared all previous dues. So we shifted in Septembers 2013.

1. My address is xxx, Shangrila Apartments, Doctor Ziauddin Road, Civil Lines, Karachi. 2. Out side of our building next to our gate, underground gas was profusely leaking, smell in a big radius. Although it was not my direct concern but I reported the matter on 119 which was not responded. I continued to call every day for about 12 days but there was no response with regard to sending a repair party, twice a party visited us but went away un-actioned that it was not their job and they would send another concerned party. I started using my contacts in SSGC and again it took two days to send the concerned party. They dug the ground and found a big leakage from the 18 inch pipe for last 12 days or say. 3. SSGC which was once a leading efficient service provider is no more the same.
