I am a post paid customer before I went abroad I paid all my bills and notified customer services to stop my service. I came back after 5months asked to resume my service. The answer was given I have to pay, do to the service was not stopped do to negligence of the operator. It's been 3weeks of numerous of calls to costmer services with no resolve.I am very disappointed with telenor customer services.
