Dear Sir, I am a new member of southend club, and was very disappointed with the house keeping. You need to improve your cleaning facilities, especially in the main restaurant area where food is served in broken trays and prepared in very unhygienic condition. I Hope u maintain a standard and put a suggestion box, and set up a management committee. I thank u in advance
