YUM Chinese & Thai Restaurant, Lahore

Well I visited YUM Chinese & Thai Restaurant by chance with my friends and much to my surprise, this is undoubtedly the BEST Chinese & Thai Restaurant in Lahore. The food is awesome & authentic and the ambience is WOWWWWWWWW.... tastefully decorated & too romantic. Service was great too. The staff is very professional. Good Luck to YUM...

Yum restuarant has a pathetic customer care at its reception. The restuarant probably has not enough staff to handle the crow they receive everyday. I have seen so many times people waiting for seats and last time I waited for 1 hour due to 20 minutes, 2 minutes, 5 minutes more claims by its receptionists. I have also seen people leaving the resturant claiming they had been waiting for the food to be served for over 45 minutes and looks like they have no food... They have a policy that they would wait for 2 person table to get free for a two person waiting at lobby... and this can take ages....Specially if you have guests or family avoid humiliating them by not going to YUM !!!

Yum has taken a dive downward. First they ignored us and started booking people behind us. When we asked them to book a place for 7, the receptionist did not note the number of people. How can she book a table if she has not noted the number of clients? We complained to another lady & asked her to stop ignoring us. She said the booking girl is new. Why put new comer to take orders? first train them then put them on the frontline. I agree people mess up but other people around her should have been sorry for their behavior. We waited outside in Lahori heat but we did not get any table even after 20 minutes. We decided to never come to Yum again. This was humiliating experience. A road side samosay wala serves his customers better than that.
