I want to contact an appropriate person dealing with TA / DA of forign tours/ training/ course/ duty of Fedral Govt Officials. I want to know the rules and rates of daily allownces applicable to civilian officials. The traveling rules book is too old that if rates given in book is applied then an official will not be able to survive in given funds at ovesease. I am waiting for reply and will be thankful to suppotive attitude.

Sir, i m working in federal government since two thousand two on contract basis with annual increments in two thousand eghit i got permanent through Prime Minister's annoucement. now AGPR asking Pay Protection letter from finance department which they have refused it will result re-initialize of basic pay tell me if there any rule which save me from this re-initialization of basic pay it will cost me about five thousan rupess

Sir, i was admin officer in BEF Quetta for the last four years but in june of this year the post of P.O Admin higher post than admin off was advertised in our organisation i also applied for the same post and qulified in test and interview and selected for the same post, would you please explaine me wether i shaall sign new contract of p.o admin on new basic salary or my previous pay with incrments is protected. i am contract employee please explaine that may i have right to claime for pay protection or not. please guide me in this regards. thanks hameed

sir, i want to know that can contract employees get the deputational allowance of 20%. 2. if so, the fixed salary contract employees take the deputational allowance. please also give me the reference from estacod or gf&fr-15. regards.

Asalamualikum, we are working in PMAD since last 2 year,we are graduate and working as a junior auditor which is Matric base seat, why we are no liable for Increments??? we provide duties for ARMED FORCES but we have no facility of medical in MH, Or CMH personly and parents ? we are not human being? we have no necessaties? sir please take necessary action accordingly about this un-juctice. thanx

sir i was Appointed for post of lecturer in Dawood Engineering college, federal ministry of Education in grade 18 through selection committee headed by federal secretary of education and hold same post for three years on contract basis there. thereafter i applied In Pakistan council of scientific and industrial research(PCSIR), ministry of science and technology through proper channel for regular post of J.E in grade 17 and qualified the same. sir, will i be given pay protection and Continuity of job from joining date in Dawood college of Engineering and technology ?

I joined ex-NWFP Technical Education department since May Twenty Fifth, N.H. Ninety nine as assistant professor on regular basis. From March Seventeen, N.H. Eighty five to May twenty fifth, N.H. Ninety five, I worked as Lecturer (BPS-Seventeen, moved over BPS-Eighteen)on regular basis in Gomal University Dera Ismail Khan(KPK)[an autonomous body]for fourteen years and two months.University also made pension contribution to technical department for my past services rendered with them. The administrative department protected my past service but did not protect my pay.Are there any such rules which will help me in saving from a loss of fourteen increments?

Sir, i am working as Assistant in P&D DIVISION . I was appointed on contract basis for two years under Assistant package for families of deceased Civil servants who die in service. After expiry of this contrat my services was regularized under P.M package under which all those official working on contract basis was regularized. sir, i want to know that can my two years contract service will cnsider for pension purpose and annual increament due to me for this contract period and my pay wil also be protct. kindly reply me as soon as possible.Thanks.

Sir, I have served 10 years in Agriculture department in BPS-17 & and joined University service and submitted my L.P.C for pay fixation but the authorities at universities told me that you will be entitled to draw intial pay of respective grade which cuases a financial loss to me. sir i was employe in Punjab government on contract basis.during my renal process 6 month have been passed after expiry and after the six month authority said that the contract cannot be renewed and authority had relieved me on immediate effect .now the six month which i have served in department my salary was due because athority had not stop my services.Now sir my question is at what capacity authority will pay my emolument??what is the rule to pay my salary of six month???

sir, i want to know that contract service can included into regular post, and the contractual period will be eligible for increament. under which rules the competent authority can merge the contract period into regular appoitment.If, two or three person appointed on same day and date one has contract period what will be procedure of pay fixation.

Sir, I am accountant in the office of the District Officer Cooperatives Bahawalnagar. My Contingence bills passed from A.G. Office Bahawalnagar and give me cheque to deposit N.B.P main branch B/Nagar. But the bank is refused to collecting the cheque. Manger says budget of District Govt; finished. If the cheque is not passed before tomorrow the cheque will be expired. Plz Sir, I am requested to advise the bank Manger to accommodate my cheque.

I am a retired Squadron Leader of PAF.I was re-employed as Section Officer by Establishment Division for a period of five & half years on contract.I was again appointed in PBS-18 in a subordinate Department of Ministry of Kashmir Affairs as Deputy Administrator for two years contract (extended for two years) by the Secretary of the same Ministry.Mean While I was appointed as Section Officer in Gilgit-Baltistan Council (GBC) for which I applied through proper channel. I was official relieved and joined GBC as the GBC is also a Department of Ministry of Kashmir Affairs.Kindly let me know the Rules/Regulations under which my pay is protected.
