I bought a Black & Decker Meat Mincer a year back. During working, a plastic gear insiede was broken. There is no sale and service center in Pkaistan. My location is Rawalpindi. If any body has information please inform me. I will be grateful.

I bought Meat Mincer Model FM1700. Despite I have sharpened its blades it do not mince any thing not even onions/vegetables. We have noticed that all the material we try to mince is accumulated near the outlet end un-minced. Your Karachi office numbers are changed and new numbers are not available. Tell me what should I do?
